Masuda is a town in the southern part of Yokote city. Long ago, it was the major point of transportation and economy and so prospered.
As the result, you can watch lots of historical buildings still standing.

Especially, traditional uchigura（inner storehouses）of Kura-no-eki; Masuda Kanko Bussan Center（Masuda Tourist & Products Center）is popular because famous actress Yoshinaga Sayuri had visited for a JR-EAST commercial shooting.
